From long-form blog posts and product editorials to short-form email copy and product pages, I do my best to write content that works.
I have plenty of experience driving traffic, supporting campaigns, and keeping readers engaged, having worked as part of wider marketing teams at companies like Chillblast and CCL.
HTML/CSS
I have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS and I’m actively building on it through the RISE Programme and additional coursework.
I’m not a developer, but I know enough to get by, and I’m always adding to the toolkit.
Twine
My dream job, if I’m being honest, would be in Narrative Design. From branching fiction built in Twine to worldbuilding projects,I want to create universes that put the player at the heart of a project and makes them feel like they’re part of the story.
I try to bring that same instinct into all my writing, putting the reader experience above all else.
Creative Writing
My speciality, my starting point, my home. Whether it’s speculative fiction, interactive storytelling, or prose that never takes itself too seriously,I pull from experience and write with voice.
My degree in English Literature and Creative Writing at Manchester Met gave me the foundations, and a lifelong obsession with games and stories did the rest.
